Marinating the beef:
Light soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Sugar: 0.5 tablespoon
Black Pepper: a little
Cornstarch water: a little
Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes (no more than 20 minutes).
no need cooking wine
*The beef should be stir-fried when it changes color (80% cooked) and take out first.
Seasonings:
Salt: to taste
Cumin powder: to taste
*onion can be changed to
green chilli (none spicy flavor),
or
green chilli and onion mix (none spicy flavor),
or
green spicy chili and red chili (spicy flavour)
all above no need cooking wine
