How to use:
To ensure optimal iron absorption, we recommend not to take Hübner Iron VITAL Liquid at mealtimes.
Adults: 10 ml 1–2 times daily.
Children (4–12 years): 5 ml 1–2 times daily.
Take roughly 1 hour before meals to prevent the absorption of the iron from being affected by other foods.
Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 8 weeks of opening. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
